Project Partner

The project is a joint effort of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH and the Ministry of Agriculture P. R. China (MoA), commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

The Energy and Environment Protection Center takes the responsibility, on MoA's behalf of the project implementation, supervision and coordination; the Provincial Agricultural Environmental Protection and Supervision Station under Hebei Department of Agriculture takes the responsibility of the project implementation at the provincial level; five local institutions takes charge of the project implementation at the county level.
