Project Operational Meeting

On February 19^th, 2009, the Sino-German ESIA Project organized a meeting on the project planning in Shijiazhuang The main focus of the meeting was "to summarize the previous experience and set priorities for the future". All the PPMO  members and heads of the five CPMOs took part in the meeting.

Representatives of the PPMO and CPMOs reviewed the ESIA's work in 2008 in light of the project action plan and discussed about the problems and difficulties arising from the project implementation. Special emphasis was made on the compilation of project achievments, preparation of ESIA's closing ceremony, and compilation and shooting of ESIA technical packages etc..

Following a heated half-day discussion, the participants reached consensus as to the specific deadlines and responsible person(s) for each activities, therefore furnishing the 2009 project action plan with greater details.
