Agriculture Extension Documents

Agriculture extension is one of the three focus areas in ESIA. In this respect, both Agriculture Extension Worker Manual and Farmer Field School Facilitator Manual are composed to aid the work of basic-level agriculture extension workers.

Focused on the concept of agriculture extension, the first book describes agricultural extension plan, methods, supervision and evaluation in plain and simple expressions, with an emphasis on participatory approach and an aim of upgrading agriculture extension workers' ability.

Based on FFS activities of the ESIA project, the second book attaches an emphasis on the organization and process of Integrated Pesticide Management (IPM)/ Integrated Crop Management (ICP), which can be a reference to people conducting agriculture technology extension and training activities.
